Graduate Digital Marketing Exec - FB Ad Campaigns

They are now pushing forward with further expansion and with new exciting projects coming on stream they need to hire a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive to specialise in creating and managing Facebook Advertising campaigns, alongside a range of other customer related digital marketing projects and activities. 


We are looking for a customer facing, highly professional individual who can work creatively, commercially and proactively to deliver a tangible return on investment for customers who have placed their trust in Alphageek.  Coming firmly from the ‘grow your own’ school of hiring, they are looking for an exceptionally talented, recent graduate from a Multimedia or Digital Marketing background. Starting on simple campaigns that will eventually vary in scale and complexity, you will soon become accountable for delivering projects and campaigns for high value customers, illustrating real scope for personal development and growth. You will also be involved in the following:


  • Working  on a wide variety of client accounts, working to constantly grow and develop client accounts.

  • You will learn about Paid Media strategies, maintaining Paid Media activities  delivering monthly Paid Media performance reports  

  • Building on your existing understanding of Facebook advertising & other PPC channels on Google Ads, Bing, Social Media, 

  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of key account metrics

  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.

  • Become a subject matter expert, ensuring you stay up to date up to date with the latest technologies, trends and channels.

  • Analyse and generate reporting for all objective led strategies for clients including: goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives depending on their requirements.

  • Oversee a variety of web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate results across major advertising networks.

  • Working with the creative team to ensure that creative advertising and copywriting is in a constant state of testing and improvement

  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.


Our ideal candidate will have recently graduated, have proven knowledge in digital marketing and have some exposure or knowledge in paid advertising, PPC, Facebook Ads etc.  We can consider someone who has completed a four year degree with 12 month industrial digital marketing placement, or someone with three years who has delivered freelance / personal work, or indeed a graduate who has been working for a minimum of 12 months in a similar role.

The position is based from home initially but will become office based, out of Derby, although some remote working will be available. Salary levels are up to £24,000 plus benefits.
